Enrolling in the Professional Accredited Advanced trainer program is a great way to learn the skills and knowledge required to train a wide range of people, as well as pick up new competencies that are beneficial to your personal development and career.

Learning Outcomes

The program includes 14 modules ranging from "Differences between Training & Facilitation" to "Strategies to engage," and ends with a module on secrets to public speaking with impact.

This module will focus on the differences between training and facilitation. You will learn about the different methods and techniques used in both and how to determine which one is best suited for your specific training needs.

In this module you will learn the Ice breakers or what I prefer to call as warm up activity at the start of any training are essential to build rapport with the audience and understand their expectations and have an idea about who they really are.

In this module, you will learn how to develop a training program that meets the needs of your learners. You will learn how to identify learning objectives, develop content, and select appropriate materials.

 

This module will focus on the design of your training program. You will learn how to structure your content, create visual aids, and select appropriate activities to engage your learners.

You got your training ready you developed and designed now it is time to Deliver whether you are using, online, hybrid or face to face this module will give you insights on how to ace your delivery.

This module will explore different communication strategies that you can use to enhance your training delivery. You will learn how to use language effectively, manage difficult learners, and communicate with clarity and confidence.

This module will focus on strategies for engaging and handling learners throughout your training program. You will learn how to identify different learning styles and adapt your approach to meet the needs of all learners.

 

In this module, you will learn about the importance of evaluation in training. You will explore different methods of evaluation, including formative and summative evaluation, and learn how to use feedback to improve your training delivery.

This final module will focus on your development as a trainer. You will learn how to identify your strengths and weaknesses as a trainer, develop a plan for professional development, and reflect on your growth as a trainer.

    This is an excellent course, that tackles every aspect of delivering a successful training. It provides a clear process to follow that is enlightning even for the experienced training as it highlights even the small details that can impact the success of the training.
